Exhibition stand for Allelys at Breakbulk Europe Rotterdam

For Allelys, Eldee Expo Experts created this custom exhibition stand for Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam. The objective was clear: combine strong brand visibility with an open and welcoming space where visitors can easily step inside and start a conversation.

The distinctive ‘A’ from the Allelys brand identity plays a central role in the design. We transformed its distinctive lines into a large three-dimensional feature. Combined with the blue and turquoise brand colours, lighting and elevated branding, the result is a stand that attracts attention without feeling overcrowded.

Designed for meeting and networking at Breakbulk

Breakbulk Europe is all about connecting professionals from the international project cargo and breakbulk industry. The event brings together project owners, freight forwarders, ports, terminals, carriers and logistics service providers from around the world.

For Allelys, this meant that the stand needed to do more than simply stand out. It had to encourage interaction.

The open floor plan provides different areas for conversations. Visitors can meet at the bar or take a seat in the lounge area, while the stand remains open and accessible from the aisles.

A strong translation of the Allelys brand: Rather than filling the stand with separate graphics and messages, the Allelys brand identity itself forms the basis of the design.

The ‘A’ as an eye-catcher: The recognisable shape from the Allelys logo has been enlarged and transformed into a three-dimensional feature around the seating area. This turns part of the visual identity into an architectural element of the stand. The elevated Allelys logo catches the eye from across the exhibition hall. The height is incorporated into the stand construction itself, without the need for rigging.

An open space for conversations: Despite its compact 27 m² footprint, the stand offers several places to welcome visitors. By keeping the sides open, the design invites people to step inside while maintaining a spacious and accessible feel.

A bar as a central meeting point: The central bar welcomes visitors and creates a natural spot for shorter, informal conversations. In addition Allelys added a distinctly British touch by serving visitors a glass of English beer.

Brand colours and lighting: Blue and turquoise tones run through the flooring, lighting and visual elements. Together, these details create a consistent environment in which the Allelys identity remains clearly recognisable.
