The aim was to create a space where visitors could do more than learn about the software. By letting them experience it for themselves.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One side of the stand focused on <strong>AFAS Direct,<\/strong> a software solution developed for trading companies with 5 to 30 employees.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three demonstration stations illustrated how online sales, order management and warehouse operations work together. By presenting these processes as one connected workflow, AFAS made the benefits of automation clear and easy to understand. On the opposite side, visitors could test a point-of-sale system and handheld barcode scanner provided by an AFAS partner.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stand also showcased AFAS SB, an accounting solution for small businesses, supported by the memorable campaign message &#8216;Size doesn&#8217;t matter&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"h-a-welcoming-space-for-meaningful-conversations\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">A welcoming space for meaningful conversations<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trade shows are about more than presenting products. They are also about building relationships.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why the hospitality bar played an important role in the stand design. Visitors could take a moment away from the busy exhibition floor to speak with the AFAS team, ask questions and explore which software solutions best suited their business.
