ISE 2027 (Integrated Systems Europe) runs from Tuesday 2 to Friday 5 February 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. It is the world's largest trade show for professional audiovisual and systems integration, and every year it brings manufacturers, integrators, consultants and end users from all over the world to Barcelona.

Eldee is based in Tricht, in the heart of the Netherlands. We have been designing and building exhibition stands since 1976, and more than 5,500 projects across Europe have been completed with our in-house team.
Our experience with ISE goes back a long way. For more than fifteen years, Integrated Systems Europe was held at RAI Amsterdam, on our home ground.
During those years we built stands for AV and technology brands and got to know the show, its exhibitors and its audience from the inside. When ISE moved to Barcelona, our service moved with it.That experience still counts. We understand how AV companies present themselves, what integrators and consultants expect when they walk onto a stand, and how to combine technology, demonstrations and hospitality in one coherent space.

Planning your ISE stand
ISE is one of the busiest weeks of the year for AV suppliers, rental companies and freight forwarders heading to Barcelona. Starting early gives you more freedom in design and production, and more certainty that LED walls, rigging and transport are arranged in time.
For a stand abroad, logistics are part of the design from day one. Transport from the Netherlands to Barcelona, the build-up schedule and the technical regulations of Fira Barcelona all affect what is possible. Double-deck structures, suspended elements and large LED installations also need to be approved, and requirements for power, data and rigging must be arranged well before the show.
We produce the stand in our own workshop in the Netherlands, transport it with our own fleet and build it up on-site with our own team. From the first sketch to the handover in Barcelona, you work with one team and one point of contact.

Fusion Worldwide: technology on a double-deck stand
What does a technology-driven stand look like when it all comes together? A good example is the 319 m² double-deck stand Eldee designed and built for Fusion Worldwide at Electronica in Munich.
Large suspended rings with integrated LED lighting in the brand colours made the stand recognisable from across the hall. On the ground floor, big screens, interactive displays and a racing simulator invited visitors to experience the company's solutions for themselves. Upstairs, meeting areas and private rooms gave the team a quiet setting for business conversations.

The cost of exhibiting at ISE consists of two parts.
1. Floor space
First, you rent the floor space for your stand. Prices start at €465 and you book the space directly with the show organiser, Integrated Systems Events. More information about booking floor space at ISE.
2. The stand itself
The second part is the stand: design, construction, materials, furniture, graphics, lighting, transport to Barcelona, build-up and dismantling. These costs depend on the size of your stand, how it is built and the experience you want to create. A compact stand with a clear product presentation is a different project from a large island stand with demo areas, meeting rooms and a hospitality bar.
When planning your total budget, also keep in mind the costs of travel and accommodation for your team, food and beverages on the stand, team outfits and any additional services such as catering or hostesses.

Yes, that is how most ISE stands work. We design the construction around your hardware, based on the dimensions, weights, mounting points, cable routes, ventilation and power requirements of your products. That way screens, speakers and control systems fit seamlessly into the stand, without visible cables. Please share your product specifications early in the design phase, because they directly shape the construction.
At ISE, stand construction and technology come together within a short build-up period, in a venue abroad. Your products, your technicians, the stand builder and the venue’s technical services all need to be aligned. An experienced stand builder plans those interfaces from the start, so your equipment fits, works and looks its best from the moment the doors open.
Yes. Eldee builds exhibition stands across Europe and has been working at ISE since its years at RAI Amsterdam. We produce the stand in our own workshop in the Netherlands and take care of installation and dismantling on-site at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
It starts with a video call about your objectives, target audience, products and budget. Within about two weeks you receive a 3D design of your ISE stand together with a transparent, itemised quote. Once the design is approved, we take care of production, transport, build-up and dismantling, in close coordination with your own technical team. of course we calculate time for adjustments in the design process.
