Questions about Rematec
Rematec Amsterdam takes place from Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 April 2027 at RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The international trade show focuses on remanufacturing and attracts professionals from the automotive aftermarket, parts manufacturing, distribution, engineering and related sectors.
For a custom exhibition stand, we recommend starting approximately four to six months before the show. October or November 2026 is therefore a good time to begin the briefing and design process.
Starting early provides sufficient time for design revisions, technical preparation, production and venue service orders.

The Rematec 2027 floor plan is available online via the official Rematec website. It shows the location and stand numbers of participating exhibitors.
Once you know your stand number and location, share these with us. The position of your stand, neighbouring stands and the direction of the main visitor flows are valuable input when developing the stand design.
Rematec attracts more than 4,000 industry professionals from over 80 countries. Visitors include remanufacturers, parts manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers, as well as OEMs, logistics specialists, engineering service providers and fleet operators.
With a large majority of visitors travelling from outside the Netherlands, Rematec has a strongly international character. This makes clear branding and an accessible stand layout particularly important.
Rematec is a highly international trade show. More than 80 countries are represented among its visitors and, according to the organiser, 81% of visitors come from outside the Netherlands.
For international exhibitors, Amsterdam is also a practical location. RAI Amsterdam has direct public transport connections and is approximately 15 minutes from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
If you plan to display engines, components, machinery or other heavy products, include them in the stand planning from the start. Their dimensions, weight, position and required connections can influence the stand layout, flooring and installation process.
We therefore recommend sharing technical drawings, dimensions and weights with us as early as possible. This allows us to incorporate the products into both the stand design and technical preparation.
