For our client Boltrics, we developed a powerful island stand at Transport Logistic 2025 in Munich, the world’s leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management. Known for connecting global players in transport and logistics, the fair attracts thousands of professionals from around the world. To help Boltrics stand out, Eldee designed and realized a custom-built stand that combined maximum visibility, sleek design, and practical functionality for live demos with customers.

Boltrics is a specialist in logistics software, serving international logistics service providers and freight companies. Their goal for Transport Logistic Munich was clear: to make a strong statement at their most important logistics fair in the world. The stand was therefore designed to highlight their software solutions with:

  • Dedicated spaces for international resellers
  • Clear brand storytelling to strengthen visibility and recognition

The result was an exhibition booth built for interaction, recognition, and impact.

From vision to stand concept

Boltrics had clear requirements: an open island stand accessible from all sides, with space for demo units, multiple screens, a stable internet connection, and an inviting reception area. The booth also had to reflect their corporate identity, incorporating clean orange accents, a striking overhead banner, and room for co-branding with resellers.
