The standard maximum is 275 centimetres. Building higher requires a dispensation, submitted together with your stand design. Individual shows may permit greater heights, so always check the exhibitor manual for your event. We apply for the dispensation and design within the applicable limit from the outset.

That depends on the show and the hall. A second storey always requires prior approval and structural calculations submitted with the stand design. We build double-deckers regularly and prepare the complete submission, calculations included.

Your stand space, your team and your travel. We handle design, production, transport, installation, dismantling and the approval paperwork, and we order hall services through the organiser. If you ship goods or samples from outside the EU you will need customs clearance; we can recommend a freight forwarder who handles exhibition shipments.

RAI works with one appointed rigging partner. Using another rigger requires written permission from RAI Technical Services. Either way, the rigging plan must be submitted four weeks in advance and approved in final form two weeks before the show. We prepare and submit that plan.

A modular stand of 20 m² starts at around € 10,000. Custom-built stands start at around € 400 per square metre. Stand space, electricity, water and internet are rented from RAI or the organiser and billed separately. We place those orders and track the deadlines.

Our workshop in Tricht is 45 minutes from RAI Amsterdam. We produce replacement parts and deliver them the same day, and your project manager is reachable throughout build-up and the show itself.
