EuroCIS is Europe's leading trade fair for retail technology. For three days, suppliers of POS systems, payment solutions, digital signage, electronic shelf labels, self-checkout, security and retail software present their innovations to buyers and IT decision-makers from across the retail sector.
Why exhibit at EuroCIS?
Retail changes faster than almost any other sector, and in February its decision-makers come to Düsseldorf. EuroCIS is where you put your technology directly in front of buyers, IT managers and e-commerce specialists with concrete investment plans. Because the fair returns every year in between EuroShop editions, it also lets you stay visible as you develop rather than appearing once every three years. Many exhibitors use EuroCIS to test new applications with their target audience and build on that towards the next EuroShop.
A stand that lets your technology speak
At EuroCIS, visitors come to see how something works. A POS system, a scanning solution or a signage application only convinces once someone has used it.
That places demands on the stand that go beyond its appearance.
Our designs account for:
- Demo stations at working height, so visitors can actually operate the system instead of just looking at it
- Power and data where you need them. We run the cabling inside the structure instead of taping it along the floor.
- Quiet meeting areas next to the demo zone, because IT decision-makers want to talk without an audience
- Screen mounting points that carry the weight and still allow adjustment during the show
- Lighting that doesn't reflect in your displays. We plan the angles before anything is built.

A Dutch stand builder that works in Germany
Eldee is based in Tricht in the Netherlands, about two and a half hours' drive from Düsseldorf. Germany is not occasional territory for us: our teams are on German show floors throughout the year, including Messe Düsseldorf, Messe München and Messe Frankfurt.
That matters in practice. We know the technical guidelines, we prepare the stand approval submissions, including the structural calculations Messe Düsseldorf requires. Our own trucks and our own installation crew travel to Düsseldorf, so there is no local subcontractor in between.
For exhibitors based outside Germany, this removes most of the work:
- No international freight to arrange for your stand
- No build crew to send, house and feed for four days
- One contact person who speaks English, German and Dutch
- Approvals, registrations and technical orders handled on your behalf
- Storage of your stand in the Netherlands between editions
You don't need to be present during build-up. We send you photos while the stand takes shape, and walk you through it in person when you arrive the day before opening

Deadlines, build-up and dismantling at EuroCIS 2027
Messe Düsseldorf works with firm deadlines and surcharges for late orders. Two dates matter most.
Submit your technical order forms by 15 January 2027.; after that, the organiser cannot guarantee that services will be handled correctly or on time.
From 22 January 2027, 21 days before build-up begins, a 35% surcharge applies to new orders and to changes. The same surcharge applies if you order something on site that you didn't book in advance.

Round-the-clock access during build-up gives us room to plan. We place the heavy structure in the first days and complete the finishing and technical work calmly over the weekend, so your stand is ready well before the show opens.
Frequently asked questions about exhibiting at EuroCIS
From Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 February 2027 in halls 1, 4 and 5 of Messe Düsseldorf, daily from 10:00 to 18:00. The fair is open to trade visitors only.
A custom-built stand by Eldee starts at around €400 per m², excluding VAT. That covers design, technical drawings, production, transport to Düsseldorf, installation, handover and dismantling. What takes you above that depends on the construction method, materials, height and the amount of bespoke work. Curved or free-form shapes require more drawing and workshop hours than straight walls, and that shows in the price.
On top of this you pay Messe Düsseldorf for the floor space itself, plus technical services, catering and staffing. Request a quote
By 15 January 2027 at the latest. After that date, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee timely handling, and from 22 January a 35% surcharge applies to new orders and changes. We make sure your power, data and water requests are submitted in time.
Yes. You are free to choose your own stand builder. Your stand has to meet the technical guidelines. We take care of both.
Allow three to four months between the first conversation and build-up. For EuroCIS 2027 that means starting now, leaving room for design, approval, production and the 15 January ordering deadline.
EuroCIS is the largest European trade fair dedicated entirely to retail technology, but there are more places where this audience meets:
