The Negenmaandenbeurs is the go-to meeting place for young and expectant parents. With over 35,000 visitors and more than 350 brands, exhibitors get just a few seconds to catch the attention of their audience.
For Novi Baby, the challenge was clear: stand out in a busy fair environment and create a familiar space where visitors could discover, compare and experience products.
Together we developed an 80 m² exhibition booth built around brand experience, product presentation and personal advice. From concept development and technical design to production, project management and full build, Eldee Expo Experts handled the entire process.

Standing out among hundreds of brands
At a consumer fair, visitors decide within seconds whether or not to visit a booth. That is why a successful booth design is about more than looks alone. It has to inspire trust straight away and invite people to step inside.
For Novi Baby, we chose a light, friendly design with soft materials and a recognisable brand identity. The open layout made the booth accessible from several directions. This created a natural visitor flow and kept the booth lively all day long.
Experiencing products at the Negenmaandenbeurs
At the Negenmaandenbeurs, visitors want to do more than just look at products. They want to feel how a pram handles, touch materials and compare products before making a purchase decision.
That is why Novi Baby's products took centre stage in the booth design.
The products were presented clearly, so visitors could easily view and compare different models. Ample space around the displays brought calm to the booth and gave visitors every chance to discover products at their own pace.
Experience zones for young parents
Throughout the booth, we created several experience zones where products were presented in a recognisable setting. By showing products in a practical context, expectant parents got an immediate sense of everyday use. This made the presentation both inspiring and informative. The experience zones reinforced the brand experience and encouraged visitors to stay on the booth longer.
Personal contact with results
A consumer fair offers the ideal chance to make personal contact with your audience. That is why the booth is designed as an open and welcoming environment where visitors feel immediately at home.
The clear layout gave the Novi Baby team all the room they needed to advise visitors personally, give demonstrations and answer questions. This led to valuable conversations that strengthened trust in both the brand and the products.
Thanks to the combination of a warm look, clear product presentation and interactive experience zones, Novi Baby set itself apart strongly at the Negenmaandenbeurs 2026.
