We build across Europe from our own workshop in Tricht, the Netherlands, using our own vehicles and our own installation teams. Our regular venues include Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Frankfurt, Messe München, Messe Berlin, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Kortrijk Xpo and Hamburg Messe, alongside the Dutch halls RAI Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs Utrecht and Brabanthallen. Tricht sits centrally: roughly two hours by road to Düsseldorf and Brussels, four to Frankfurt, five to Paris. That means our own crew installs your stand rather than a local subcontractor we have never met.

A modular stand of 20 m² starts at around € 10,000. Custom-built stands start at around € 400 per square metre. Our quotation covers design, production, transport, installation and dismantling. Hall services such as flooring, electricity and internet are ordered from the show organiser; we handle that ordering for you. Prices move with size, height, double-decker construction and how much of the furniture is purpose-built.

Very little, beyond your stand space and your team. We handle the design, the technical drawings, production, shipping to the hall, installation and dismantling. What differs from country to country is the paperwork: German venues require stand construction approval and proof of fire safety for most builds, and double-decker stands need structural approval everywhere. We prepare and submit those documents for you, and we order electricity, water, internet and rigging through the organiser. If you are shipping goods or samples from outside the EU, you will need to arrange customs clearance — we can point you to a freight forwarder who does this for exhibitions.

Yes, and for most exhibitors it is the cheaper route. A modular stand is built from a reusable system that we reconfigure for each show, so you pay for the construction once and use it for years. Between shows we store it in our own warehouse in the Netherlands and transport it to the next venue with our own fleet. If your stand space changes size from one show to the next, we adapt the layout rather than rebuild it.

You get one project manager who stays with you from first sketch to final dismantling, and who speaks English. That same person handles the design brief, the organiser’s deadlines, the technical approvals and the build on site. They are reachable during build-up and throughout the show, so if something needs changing on the hall floor, you speak to someone who knows your project.
